PraeDoc: Alexandre Bouillon
Alexandre studied biology paired with computer science, machine Learning, and AI during his Bachelor's and Master's at EPFL, in Switzerland. His background led him to become a Doctoral Candidate on the PROHITS project focusing on the prediction of protein properties and thermal stability. His ongoing research aims to expand extremphiles' Genomic Metabolic Models (GEMs) with protein information such as catalityc activity (Kcat).
